You may arrange the exchange or return of your order within 14 days as of receipt of the parcel. An exchange is only possible if the desired product is still available. As soon as the returned item arrived at our office, the exchange will be carried out and the products sent to you.
If you wish to perform an exchange, you may contact our customer service in advance via +43 650 753 7533 or email@example.com. Please inform us about your order number and the desired product. You can take the order number from your order confirmation mail or the delivery note.
As soon as you have contacted us, we will immediately provide you with a return coupon.

REIMBURSEMENT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE
The reimbursement of the purchase price will be carried out with the same payment method which was used at your initial order. Please be aware that up to 14 days my pass between the receipt of your return and the grant of the credit entry. As soon as we received your returned items and carried out the reimbursement we will notice you via mail. If you chose credit card payment the time for the reimbursement may vary depending on your credit institution. Your credit note will appear on your following credit card billing.
